Losing weight is so hard. I always get so nervous when its time to weigh in at weight watchers . I get butterflies so bad in my stomach. Just the worry that you have done everything right and when u get on the scale it may not show a loss and then get frustrated and just be like why bother. I have given up b4. I remember one week I didn't lose any weight, so I said by next week I am going to give it all I got and more. So I watched and wrote down everything I are and even worked out 2x a day for 6 days..by day 7 I was too tired to anything. And believe it or not I gained 2 pounds. It may have been muscle but at the time I didn't care..all I know is I gained. So I cried when I got to my car and I quit for 2 weeks. After that I went over my logs and read my WW weekly I saw where I could make some changes. Now I am happy to say I am down 4 more pds. As of yesterday I am
32pds down. I started out having a very hard time to get the scale to budge. More details later on how I did it. But I did use MyFitnessPal, Weight Watchers, and HCG program.i don't have any picture of me before I started losing weight. I never never never wanted to take pics. I am so happy with my success. I have 11pds to go. Any body else want to share their weight loss story with me.
